OSHA 10 training provides training for entry-level workers and employers on the recognition, avoidance, abatement, and prevention of safety and health hazards in workplaces in the construction industry. The training also provides information regarding workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. Through this training, OSHA helps to ensure that workers are more knowledgeable about workplace hazards and their rights.

EPA 608 meets Section 608 of the Federal Clean Air Act. This Act requires that all persons who maintain, service, repair or dispose of appliances that contain regulated substances be certified in proper refrigerant handling techniques. The training is divided into four sections: Core (general knowledge of HVAC equipment), Type I (small appliances), Type II (high or very high-pressure appliances), Type III (low-pressure appliances). Mastery of all levels results in EPA 608 certification.

The R-410A reviews the EPA rules, regulations, and timeframes of when certain refrigerants will be phased out and replaced. This training details the pressures, temperatures, and dangers of the R410A and new refrigerant replacements. Trainees will learn the proper methods and techniques used when retrofitting systems from R22 to R410A, 407c, or any of the new replacement refrigerants.

Each course includes a series of video lectures, PDF documents, practice tests, and a final exam.
